Troy truly is the epitome of what true customer service is in the mortgage business. Going above and beyond what is required to make this refinance as easy and seamless as it could be. He answered all questions regardless of how silly or stupid it might be. Never once making us feel that way for asking. He always was available via phone, text, or email, and even in person if you want to discuss something. This is our second time around with him and will always recommend him to anyone in the market for a loan. He IS The Money Man!!!
