Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

Prospect was great through the whole loan process. Kim my loan officer was excellent she kept me informed through the whole loan process I could not be happier.

My loan officer was very responsive to all my questions and concerns along the approval process. She made the entire experience very smooth, especially since we were refinancing for a jumbo loan. Thumbs up for Prospect Mortgage !!

Easiest refi ever. Great people! Fast and efficient.

I am already recommending Prospect Mortgage to all my realtor friends!!! I truly believe that FINALLY I have found a company that really cares for the needs of not only the realtors but for the realtors' clients. In San Antonio you have brought an absolute miracle worker in Lety Radulovich, who has proven to work relentlessly to resolve every issue presented in our loans. Your mission statement works as advertised thanks to the hard work displayed by your San Antonio staff.

I had re-financed a home with Prospect Mortgage and within 4 months later, I came back to Prospect Mortgage to purchase my dream home! My loan originator Kim B, was helpful and made both transactions easy! I definitely recommend Prospect Mortgage to anyone.

Prospect Mortgage was very professional, respectful, and timely. Their efferts to get the lowest interest rate was very appriciated as interest rates changed daily. They kept me informed and the signature process was easy because they came to me. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new or refi loan.

After seeking for help for 3 years in a roll with 3 differents lenders i found no luck till i presented my paperwork to Prospect Mortgage, they were very fast getting all my paperwork in order and finalized my refinancing needs the quickest possible. Thank all Prospect Mortgage staff.

Domonic and Simone were great! They helped me so much with the process of buying my first house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
