Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

Since day one, Paul Martinez and his team made our first time home buying experience, a hassle-free transition, Awesome mortgage rates, down payment financial, constant and great communication via email. If I had a question Paul and Chanda will answer within minutes even if they were enjoying a weekend out of the city. I will highly recommend Paul Martinez and his team to my friends so that can share the same great experience, I never though that buying a house could have been so easy. Thank you Paul and Chanda!

My loan officer Amy Versace did an amazing job. We closed very quickly. I would recommend her to anyone.

They were very helpful for everything about getting the loan.Helpful about what the house needs to make the house complete.I'm happy I got my loan though Prospect Mortgage.

It was a pleasure working with Prospect Mortgage - Mike and Michelle. They kept everyone updated throughout the process, as questions arose they were available and provided prompt answers, the process went smoothly and they were actually ready to close early! The experience was fabulous. As an agent I deal with a lot of lenders and I can honestly say that working with Mike and Michelle that I know the loan will get processed on time and if someone is pre-qualified that the loan will close. My experiences with them have been far superior to any other lenders my buyers have brought. I urge all of my buyers to at least check with Prospect as their track record is top notch.

Always on time up to date information about the loan process. Friendly, caring people (staff of experts). Was a pleasure doing business. Would definetly do business with them again. Highly recommended!

Everyone that was involved . Went above and beyond. This is the first time I was buying out of state and if I had any questions. Someone was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend them. Kathy Hritz

Go with Prospect Mortgage. Vanessa Kane was absolutely amazing. She was right there for me every step of the way. Anytime I had a question or was stressed out about something she took the time to ease my mind and assure me that everything would work out. Thanks so much to the entire Prospect team, but a special Thank You goes out to Vanessa for making this as easy and painless as possible.

Excellent customer service!!!!! They assist with every aspect of the closing and go out of their way to make the transaction seamless!!! I would recommend them to everyone!
