Pollie Barnes is the best mortgage broker I have ever met and I'm sure will ever meet. We've done three or four major loans together and she is amazingly responsive and extremely smart. I was sure I had lost two of the deals but she worked very hard to make them happen. I'm very very grateful to her. I would highly recommend her services to anyone wanting a residential or commercial loan.

I am a realtor and Tom Corzine and his team were a pleasure to work with! He was so patient and helped to keep my clients at ease despite various issues that came, which sometimes occur during a 203k loan. He is very knowledgeable and I will recommend him to my clients!

Prospect Mortgage is top notch. My loan agents James Rothschild and Steve Matsua were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional and made the whole process stress-free. When the sale of my home dragged on (I needed to sell my current home to purchase my new home) they were very patient, responsive and accommodating. Communication is great, they have an easy online process and great rates. Highly recommend!

Our loan and credit was complex with lots of details to be worked out, and John answered all our questions, was available as needed, and came through as promised. Ali was very organized, helpful and pleasant, and Brian kept a hand on the pulse all along. We got everything we needed to get the home and we are happy.
