I had a very bad experience with another bank, and Prospect Mortgage was recommended to me as an alternative. From the time I began the loan process I didn't feel like I was just another file, I felt like my home purchasing experience was important. My loan officer was very responsive and was always happy to answer any questions I may have had along the process. If issues arose, he came up with quick solutions and never made me feel like throwing in the towel was an option. I am happy that I used Prospect and will definitely use them again!
