Preston Sims is the best Mortgage Broker I have ever worked with. His analysis of our needs and recommendations were the best we could ask for. He was easily available and always friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend him. He exemplifies "if you want something done, give it to the busiest person." Preston Sims makes it uncomplicated and facilitates the best possible loans with very intelligent advice and he is always easy to reach.

I am grateful to have found Larisa Lutes and Prospect Mortgage. From day one she did her best to find me an appropriate mortgage option at a reasonable rate with simplicity and ease of process. I was nervous about the mortgage "process" and she did her best to keep me informed, realistic and excited about buying a home. I worked hard for years to earn a positive credit portfolio before buying my home and Prospect rewarded me with a painless and exemplary experience. And most importantly, we closed EARLY! Thank you Larisa! Thank you Prospect!

Robyn has a Excellent personality, very responsive, a pleasure to work with.

Bruce and the staff at Prospect Lenders was always quick with a response, either by phone or email, and would explain in detail any questions or concerns we had in a matter that we could completely understand. The staff was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. We are 100% satisfied with Prospect Lenders. Thank you!

Excellent to get a mortgage loan prospect mortgage have really work hard with me and explain any questions that I had.

We would highly recommend using Prospect Mortgage. Ronnie conducts business with integrity and her professionalism is evident throughout the entire process. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Ronnie!

I can not speak for all the lenders at Prospect, But Lisa Kidd made our lives much less stressful. She always made things easier and explained the process as we went. Without Lisa Kidd in our corner it would have been a terrible ordeal. THANK YOU LISA KIDD.

Joanne Mullaney was wonderful. We came to her with a specific home in our sights, which we got. She took the time to understand our goals, gave us what we needed to act as quickly as we wanted to, and acted swiftly herself when needed (like when it came time to lock the rate). Joanne was clear, responsive, and nice throughout the process. Adena and Paul were equally helpful. My few legal questions were addressed by Cliff, an excellent attorney partnered with Prospect. I didn't have or want a buyer's agent, and I'm glad I didn't bother with one. We couldn't be happier.
