I am writing this review in recognition of the excellent service that I received from Erik. He was reliable, trustworthy, honest and was literally always available by phone to answer questions. He was reassuring and delivered an early close on an out of state move that was fairly stressful. I recommend his services and will use his services in the future. A big thanks to you Erik! Ronnnie Strickler has been awesome to work with from the beginning. I filled out a form on the website; and she called me right away. She worked to get us pre-approved, explained the whole process, and was always available whenever we had questions. She went the extra mile to make the loan process very easy, especially since we did the financing remotely from the mainland to purchase a home in Kailua Kona. I would strongly recommend anyone to utilize Prospect Mortgage, and definitely ask for Ronnie. From start to finish, she made, what we thought would be a stressful process, extremely easy and worry-free. Thanks Ronnie and Prospect Mortgage!

Art went above and beyond to get my loan done. My loan was a very difficult and complex loan to do. He always kept me informed during the entire process while he navigating through the many obstacles that we faced. Art's knowledge in accounting, finance and real estate as it relates to the mortgage process is second to none. I had two very close friends that declined the loan that Art got done. I can't thank him enough, for what he was able to do for me and my family, his hard work and expertise allowed us to purchase the home of our dreams. Many thanks to Art and his team!!!

Jim Caroll is one of the most committed people I've ever worked with in business. He was crystal clear in his transparency and comminication which lead to closing right on schedule despot tight deadlines as the result of working with a new construction builder who processes the large majority of loans internally. I have and will continue to recommend Jim to my friends and contacts looking for quality loan service.
