I started my house hunt with a credit score below 590, by closing I was over 680, qualified for a low interest VA loan and painf less than $700.00 out of pocket at closing. This was my third time trying to buy a house in the last 2 years and Frank Marini at Prospect mortgage made it happen for me. The entire time I kept waiting for the problem to arise like my previous attempts and it never did.
