Peter Touzos was absolutely amazing; and quite honestly, single-handedly saved our purchase from falling apart. He was constantly available to us whether via email, phone, or text, and he answered all questions we had - even late at night! Peter stayed on top of every deadline and every email from the underwriting department to make sure that we closed on time (no small feat these days). I would recommend Peter to everyone!! We were slightly less impressed with the closing and underwriting departments as we were quite often requested to resubmit documents that we had already submitted. But even that was really a small thing in the long run. Overall, we felt like we received top notch service and detailed attention at all times from everyone!
