Brian & Steve Minkow have a phenomenal team! They are great at what they do, the team is experience, great customer service, and definitely a breath of fresh air in the lending world.

It was definitely a learning and disciplined experience. Prospect Mortgage worked really hard in preparing me for my purchase. Their patience with me was exceptional, especially with my special circumstances.

Carol Sinor is reliable, efficient and a dream to work with!

My experience was excellent. No stress, professional and great communication.

We worked with Glenn Cira from Prospect Mortgage to help us refinance and purchase a new property. What we thought was a long shot was able to be achieved thanks to the tireless effort by Glenn Cira. We would not have been able to purchase our dream home without his help. He is truly the best we have ever worked with. Thank you, Glenn for all your hard work!

Erik, Did a Fantastic job! I will vote him in to run for President of the United States. He will surely win if he does!

The e-sign made signing documents a breeze. No piles of document to keep/file. Todd's prompt response to questions, via phone calls, text, or email is remarkable, even on holidays he gets back to you. A Great guy! To be less technical in explaining fees or to elaborate GFE of cost in laymans terminology is suggested. In summary, efficiency, speed and smooth processing of loans was exhibited by Prospect Mortgage. Worthy of recommending to family and friends. Thank you!😀
