Terrific service ethic from all of your staff. They were professional, well versed in the lending guidelines and made the purchase of our home smooth and on time. The Prospect time to process start to close was just inside 30 days. We had a loan commitment from Quicken but they switched the terms at commitment, I wasn't happy about that and turned to a competitive solution from Prospect. I made the right decision in doing so.
