After working with a "big bank", they had requirements that were way out of line so I was referred by my insurance agent to try Prospect. From day one they attentive, helpful and very responsive. No matter who I talked to they were on top of the loan process. And the best thing was that they were able to get me a higher loan to value ratio than the other bank and a better rate! A great group to work with and they were quick! Give them a try and I'm sure you will be glad you did!
