The loan officer helped keep me in the loop throughout the entire transaction. Due to his diligent efforts the closing actually took place almost a week early!

Ronnie Strickler at Prospect Mortgage is the only Loan Officer I would use when purchasing a property in Hawaii! She did a great job in handling my transaction given the fact that I live in California and purchased a home on the Big Island! She was always available and was there whenever I called regardless of the time of day. I would not purchase another property without her involvement!

I highly recommend charlene to any home buyer. She worked with us through the entire process and made it so simple for us to get through. She was always super courteous and so nice even in the most stressful of times. Again thank you so much charlene you are amazing!!

We had an excellent experience with Prospect! Our Loan Officer, Pamela Knox was knowledgeable, timely and attentive and even helped us close as soon as possible when Hurricane Matthew got in the way!

My situation I feel was very unique, I was purchasing my first owner occupied income property and to me was a major deal. While the deal was being put together before we even started my loan agents set me up immediately with the documentation needed to submit an offer immediately. Throughout the process both of the gentlemen were in constant contact with me letting me know where everything was in terms of processing, and if I felt i had not heard anything I called and they always had information for me. With my particular deal there were some snags along the way which are to be expected however, my agents were exactly that, agents. The main agents working with me "Chris" was spectacular and I feel he literally fought to the max for me and my deal.
