Imy understanding after i completed the…
Imy understanding after i completed the quastionare was that i was supposed to pay less than $120 and on a monthly basis a certaint amount. I was shocked when i saw my account billed with over $120.. I could of got this for less with other companies. Im dissapointed. I really should talk to your customer service manager or something.. I thought i had agreed to pay for the very basic one.

Hi Maria, Based on your review it appears as though you have selected our Premium Fitness policy. We do have a Basic Policy option as well. If you reach out to our Customer Service team they will gladly assist you in changing over to the Basic Policy option and refunding you the difference.
