You can never cancel the contract
Even though the MSA states that you can cancel it with a notification and you have sent it and it was confirmed, they still continue to pester you. Worst customer service ever.

These ads they run are both obnoxiously long and extremely boring... Where do they get the audacity to run these long ads and disrupt readers reading real news ? On that basis alone, I would never do business with this organization....

Horrible. My name as provider was not included on the certificate of policy and insurance declined my application. No one has helped me fix this even after I reached out several times

Appears to be a scam
Appears to be a scam. I have been trying for weeks to enter my account to cancel before it auto-renews. I can't reset my password. I can't get a hold of any form of customer support. Do not use this company, it's very easy to purchase from but impossible to cancel.

Hello - Although we are sorry to see you go, please note you can cancel your policy at any time through the online portal. All you have to do is sign in, select "My Account", then "Cancel Policy" in Policy Settings. You can also contact us via live chat to ensure your policy is canceled.

I paid but never received an email or…
I paid but never received an email or certificate for the insurance I purchased. I tried to login to the website and it told me to follow a activation link, which I never received either.

I wish I had known
I wish I had known. There insurance binder states nothing about a deductible. Complete waste of time and money with these folks.

Please note, there is only a deductible for DJ equipment claims and not for general liability claims, such as 3rd-party property damage or bodily injury. Although it is referenced several times throughout the process (including the quote page and in your policy packet), we are working on other ways to make this more prominent for customers moving forward.
