The product I got is great - exactly what I needed. What interfered with my satisfaction was the fight I had to go through to get a written rider that identified my co-insured. I would not have gotten that job without a written document declaring them to be co-insured under the policy and it took days for ProSight to produce it. Simple little typing project but vast push-back for getting it done. Don't know why that's an issue with you, but I did finally get it and I got the job, so it ended well.

It was easy to purchase my professional coaching liability insurance through ProSight, and I'll likely use them again next year. The liability insurance offered by my sport's governing body kept increasing every year, and it seemed like they were using it as a profit center rather than a way to protect their coaches. ProSight was a good alternative for the same coverage.

Great policy

Appears to be a scam. I have been trying for weeks to enter my account to cancel before it auto-renews. I can't reset my password. I can't get a hold of any form of customer support. Do not use this company, it's very easy to purchase from but impossible to cancel.

I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.
