Great staff and great website
I've had my PropertyMinder account for several,years and rarely need help, but recently switched brokerage firms and needed help making some changes. Boy, Dmitriy and his staff are so awesome! Dmitriy went out of his way to help me with my changes in just minutes, and he referred me to Tim to help me write a nice bio. Things other companies would probably charge you for, they did on the spot, no charge. In addition, they are happy to help, professional and make you feel good about doing business with them. Seems that it is hard to find these days. Anyway, if you are in the market for a website and know you will need top notch support to help you with your set up, etc, these are the folks you want to work with.

Great Team at Property Minder
I had and am still having a GREAT experience with property minder. I had very specific requirements and expectations about getting our web site built and making sure it was user friendly for myself and my clients. Every person on the Team at Property Minder that I worked with gave me exactly what I needed and all the tools I need to make my website an important and successful part of our marketing platform. Great Website
I have built my business on the PropertyMinder platform. Have used them for over 10 years. I send listing information to all my clients to keep in touch. It works...

The help is always there when I need it.
It's easy to use this website but on the occasions that I get stuck, they return my calls promptly. My clients like the simplicity of the site too. .

Property Minder excels in both product and service.
I have been a customer of property minder for eight or nine years now, and I have always been a fan of their innovative approach to helping realtors generate more business. My clients constantly compliment me on the modern design of my webpage as well as the functionality of all the search options. In addition, all the tools such as seller corner help me stay in front of my clients and remind them that I'm in the business, which I believe generates income for me. I think it's important to also mention that the customer service is phenomenal. My sales rep calls me every time a new feature comes out to make sure that I'm taking advantage of all of the tools that Property Minder provides. I highly recommend this company to new agents as well as seasoned veterans needing to update their online profile.

Resolving Problems
I really like the services this website has to offer! However, sometimes it is a little difficult to get in touch w/someone. But when they respond, they are very helpful, and get the issue resolved. I have recommended this website company to others, and will continue to recommend it.

Property Minder usage for 7 years
Property Minder is a good 'basic' system; however, they have not kept up with the times ....they need to update their system, make it more user friendly and have marketing tools/pictures/etc that are more up-to-date
