This is a stand-up company. I have called or written several times with questions, and someone (an actual person) always gets back. I have purchased two shirts and a pair of pants so far, and I can't wait to order more. The quality is superb.

You get Italian textile quality. It’s like an Eton or Stenstroms in M2M. When possible I will stop by shop for suits. I’m from EU and GCC based. Sending my shirt in for measurement was well worth it.

They will work with you until the fit is exactly right. It’s a great price to quality experience. These are as close to a custom fit shirt as I have come. I have more expensive shirts; which, were true custom cut shirts; however, the price is three times what I paid with proper cloth. Proper cloth gives a very good quality and they have some higher end names like Thomas Mason if you want to upgrade the experience. I strongly recommend them and I’m very pleased with the service and the end product. Their timeframe is also very good. You’re not waiting months for a finish product..

My custom shirt fit like a tailored, custom garment should. When the first shirt arrived I had not changed my body measurements even after losing a lot of weight. The shirt was too blousy. After contacting customer service the company politely asked me to update my measurements and return the shirt using the return shipping label that came with it, and a new shirt was built for me that upon arrival fit perfectly. All this was done with absolute no additional charge to me. This is a company that offers a great product and is serious about providing a superior customer service experience. I will not buy my shirts anywhere else.
