Good customer care and nice support system.

Received my shirt today and could not be more happy with the garment, the entire fitting and administrative process. For those who are new to Proper Cloth, the fitting process is easy but you must take your time to be accurate. I was diligent about it. I am not to easy to fit and very specific about my shirt requirements. Further, there are many fabrics to choose from. Take your time to understand the different fabric qualities. If you follow the steps, you’ll be pleased with the outcome. Finally, their follow up: from order placement, to product creation and shipping information and tracking are top notch. Whether this is your first custom shirt or not, give these folks a try. It is well worth it!

Excellent customer service, good quality, custom fit shirts from a company that understands and accommodates international customers. I’ve bought 5 so far & plan on several more. I’d highly recommend talking with (or e-mailing) one of their fitting experts.

Hands down the best for MTM shirts. Awesome fabrics, they give plenty of options for personalization. I have three of their shirts and after two years of continual wearing they look brand new. They are a few $$$ more than other MTM but well worth it. And once you go MTM you'll never buy off the rack shirts again.

After trying several MTM stores for dress shirts, I found one that can get the fit right. Great customer service and fast delivery. 4 weeks from first ordering to receiving a remake! By far, the best in helping get the fit right on a remake. Much more knowledgable and helpful with fit than any one else. Quality fabrics and good selection. High quality construction only matched by a few (the way they sew on the buttons).

Plan on it taking a month or so and the fit not being great the first time. Their customer service is outstanding and they remade my shirt based off pictures I sent in. They have ways of making the shirt I never thought of and they remake it for free. They offer a testing process to get the fit right. I’m very impressed with the quality and product.

Have ordered six shirts thus far from them. They aren’t cheap, but, assuming you measured accurately, the shirts fit better than any I’ve ever had. Great quality, custom, well made shirts delivered in four to six weeks. If you don’t want to measure as I initially didn’t, they can get a sized bases on your existing shirt and jacket sizes. They sell more than shirts now but I’ve never purchased any thing else.
