I am somewhat perplexed by the negative reviews on this TrustPilot site. My own experience is 180 degrees from the sub-standard comments and reviews listed. What a fabulous Customer Experience so far with Proper Cloth, at every step of the way. I used to religiously order high quality all-cotton no-iron business shirts from Orvis, and did so for well over a decade. When the Covid period hit, they dropped all of their higher-quality, business appropriate all-cotton, wrinkle-free shirt lines for their older, more traditional customers like me. I then tried Nordstrom’s, yet was quite disappointed by their shifts in quality, price/value, selection and fit. I tried Proper Cloth a little less than a month ago now, and I am blown away by all aspects of their product quality, price/value, styles & fabrics selection, exceptionally tailored fit, timely turnaround on orders, superb packaging of delivered products, and their extremely personable and responsive customer service. I have, in the last 4 weeks, ordered and promptly received eight new shirts from Proper Cloth. My wife raves about the look, quality and fit of all my new shirts. I have, miraculously, discovered a worthy company for all my shirt needs for the rest of my life. The Proper Cloth Business and Service Model works spectacularly for me, as of this moment in time.

I have nothing but praise for Proper Cloth. I discovered them in 2017 and buy all my shirts from them now. They fit much better than anything off the rack. I did not even realize how badly fitted my off the rack shirts were until I started wearing Proper Cloth shirts. The shirts are high quality; the service has been fine so far, I had to return a couple shirts because I ordered them with the wrong collar and they took them back without a hitch. I have no complaints at all. Their website is an absolute blast to use as you create your own shirt. I am slightly addicted and buying too many shirts.

It was a pretty good experience. Ordered some made to measure pants from them with side adjusters, their “ai” tool was mostly right about the fit I got. The hem was a little bit too big for my taste but after going to the tailor to get it just right they were willing to give store credit for it once I sent the receipt via email (there is a card in the box telling you exactly how to do it and how much store credit they will give) Also received a holder inside of the shipment. More than happy with this store, ai made a small mistake but they more than made up for it. Definitely recommend it.

I ordered a tuxedo shirt with French cuffs for a wedding, it was delivered on time and the fit was perfect, I am very happy with the results.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. All items I’ve gotten from proper cloth have fit great! If they don’t fit perfectly they will make a new garment to get it right. I love this company and buy pretty much my whole wardrobe from them. Customer service is excellent in store and online.

I'm curious what fabric choice the poor review customers are making? My shirts didn't come overly wrinkled, in fact, it was packaged like any shirt you would buy from the store. I found the fabrics I chose to be soft and luxurious (lafayette twill and a few wrinkle resistant twill). I measured myself, and they got it spot on after I sent my first ordered shirt back for adjustments (no fault on their part). The fact that they will re-do a shirt free of charge is huge in my mind. Delivery was quick and the fit and look are top notch for me. Definitely a world away from buying a shirt off the rack for about the same price.

The product didn’t match my expectation, they refunded me.

Incredible service. The only place I buy my shirts from. They always get my orders right. Whenever I have a question they answer it with multiple options and a best option. Their customer service is impeccable. I really can't recommend them enough, I love proper cloth.
