In my experience, it took two tries to get my fit right, but I'd say it's worth it as I have made several purchases since the initial one. Ultimately, they have an extensive selection of fabrics and are commitment to delivering a quality product to their customers. I'm a big of their service and products.

This company has better customer care than any I've experienced. Quick to help with orders and respond to requests. Probably the only place I will buy shirts and jackets from now on. You know exactly what you are getting and can tweak future orders as needed. Manufacture and shipping times have also improved significantly. Received my orders within 2 weeks.
