Great online service and customer support. The ability to change measurements after placing the order and up until the shirt is being produced is a great feature, especially since Proper Cloth removed the surcharge associated with modifying both measurements and styling.

There wasn't a physical location near me, so I hesitated to try custom shirting options from Proper Cloth. Once I gave them a shot though, I realized my reservations were unwarranted. They have many options to try and nail down the right fit for you, and when I didn't like a fit or fabric, Proper Cloth moved quickly to provide me with solutions. I would recommend anyone to give Proper Cloth a try.

The fabric is my favorite I've worn while remaining super easy to care for at home, cool during the hot summer days, and durable through everyday tasks that you would typically do in these clothes. Virtual fitting process did not disappoint. Packaging really impressed me as well. Few online forward companies pay sufficient attention to this.
