Remakes were processed for both after receiving sizing advice and they fit very well now. The process involved in remaking, new item shipping, and sending back the original shirts was very smooth.

I've ordered several items online from Proper Cloth and have been very pleased with the fit of the clothing and customer service. I have also visited the showroom in New York and was extremely satisfied with the personalized attention and knowledge the staff provided. I brought with me two sports jackets, a tuxedo, and two pairs to trousers that I ordered online to have them review the fit. They patiently and expertly evaluated each item and made several recommendations on how the clothing could fit even better. The adjustments that were suggested made an already good fit even better. My body is somewhat asymmetrical and I needed adjustments on the jacket sleeves and shoulders, and the pant leg lengths. The staff also helped me with getting my shirt sleeve lengths correct so the right amount of cuff would show at the bottom of the jacket sleeve. Additionally, I originally ordered a single vent in the tuxedo jacket and no suspender buttons on the trousers. After delivery I asked if the tuxedo jacket could be ventless and have suspender buttons added to the tuxedo trousers. Without any issue, they recut the entire tuxedo so the fabric colors would be the same. I got a great fitting replacement tuxedo with the changes requested. Incredible customer service. Definitely would recommend Proper Cloth.
