Amazing quality.

Exceptional products are one thing. Customer service is equally as great. Was very helpful in getting my remake and had no hiccups/delays while doing so.

First order was just a little tight in the neck. Company did a remake and sent me another (at no charge) that is perfect. Now I know exactly what size to reorder and in fact have.

What more could you ask for? A custom made, button down oxford shirt in heavyweight cotton, the kind most shirt makers no longer produce. And the fabric is untreated. Which I very much appreciate, because I'm not a big fan of the chemicals used to make shirts "permanent press." A wide variety of colors and patterns to choose from. Customer service is top notch. Fast shipping. And I like that custom duties are included in the price. Ordering a shirt from Proper Cloth couldn't be simpler.

My experience has been great. The first shirt that I purchased fit well, but a little looser than my favourite shirts. So I followed Proper Cloth’s instructions on how to measure them and put them into my profile. My second order of shirts came out exactly like my favourites. Fabric and colours are great. Thank you.
