Measured myself, and manually adjusted some suggested parameters, didnt end up liking it and was a bit discouraged (my fault). They have complimentary remakes for a love the fit guarantee so I sent back notes and pictures and got personalized adjustment recommendations and a free remake. Customer service great, product even better. Fantastic shirts, i don’t want to go back to anything in a department store now.
