I like the packaging and the attention to detail, like the whales on the shirt collars.

They communicate so well in the order process-they make it something to look forward to beyond just the great product that arrives.

Despite the high quality, the shirts are competitively priced. It's a great value for the price, and I know I'll get my money's worth out of them. Proper Cloth has an exceptional and easy return policy. Their customer service is second to none!

The fitters are excellent. Un-rushed and paying painstaking attention to detail. They are perfect for the fussy customer like me! The selection of fabrics is mind boggling. You can go from tux to cowboy shirt in the blink of an eye. The shirts come well packaged, beautifully finished and the customer service (occasionally slow) is outstanding, resolving any issues.

I have been really impressed with Proper Cloth. The process was easy and the end result is I have a couple of great fitting shirts and plan to order more.

The entire try it on at home experience was fantastic. Lindsey was an awesome guide to not only the needed adjustments to make the items fit great but also some items that I should consider based on our consult! Can't wait for the Chicago showroom to open and receive my new items in a few weeks.
