Taylor Stults was great to work with! She provided a quote very quickly and answered all the questions I had over the phone. It's great when you can get ahold of someone at an insurance company without going through 20 prompts on an automated system and holding for 10 minutes. The quote covers everything I need for our STR and will allow me to sleep well at night! Great experience!

We have had amazing support from Taylor Stults and the team at Proper Insurance. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable in their interface with rental property owners. Over the last three years we have always felt comfortable that every potential risk was covered by our excellent home insurance policy.

Our water heater leaked, creating a huge mess. The team at Proper was prompt and professional. They received my claim and paid me quickly. When I contacted them with questions, they replied swiftly and clearly. Dealing with insurance claims is a headache, but this experience was about as smooth and painless as I could've hoped. Thanks, Proper!

The team at Proper is fantastic! Cade is so quick to jump in and help with anything I need and if it’s not his territory, he gets in to the right team and follows up to make sure I’ve been taken care of. Highly recommend Proper!

My experience with Proper Insurance was phenomenal. I had a complete property loss due to fire and my adjuster, Chad was very detailed and walked me through every step of the way and I was entitled to full reimbursement for my property value along with other added bonuses for demolition, contents loss, etc. Chad made this process very simple, very transparent, and he was always easy to get a hold of which is very important.

Taylor at Proper Insurance was amazing to work with through all my questions. In the process of finding insurance for our short-term rental she served as an expert, trusted partner with a special gift for details, curiosity and brining common-sense calm. It is great to work with people like this. I’m so thankful I found Proper and got paired to work with Taylor.

I've always had great experiences with Proper Insurance with regards to my Airbnb property. I always knew that if anything went bad with a renter that I'd be covered. Cade and the staff were always responsive to my calls and emails.

I have been a loyal customer of Proper Insurance for all of my short-term rental (STR) properties for the past five years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. During this time, I've had to file claims twice, and on both occasions, the service was nothing short of stellar. Elizabeth Douma, in particular, made the entire claims process simple and expeditious. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a smooth experience were evident. She promptly responded to all my questions and ensured I felt supported from start to finish. Dealing with insurance claims can often be stressful, but Elizabeth’s expertise and friendly demeanor made it a hassle-free experience. It’s clear that Proper Insurance values its customers and employs top-notch professionals like Elizabeth. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient STR insurance company, look no further than Proper Insurance. Their commitment to excellent service, exemplified by Elizabeth Douma, is unmatched. I am genuinely grateful to Elizabeth for her outstanding support and for making the claims process seamless. Thank you, Elizabeth!
