The support department isn't very cooperative. I have a 1-year license for they're Cybersecure Threat Signature Library. After changing the hardware, I like to re-assign the subscription to the new (same brand) hardware. So I reached out and asked if possible, -how- to arrange it. I got one reply with a question for the Company name the license is attached to, which I answered directly. After 6 weeks still no answer.... Pain in the behind.
