ProofpointReviews of proofpoint.com

One of the worst companies in the world. They are blocking legit websites with very exhausting consequences. They are billing their partners without them being allowed to. Their UI is the worst - websites from 1980 look better. I do not get at all why they are on the market.

They are not responding us for 2 + years. They just blocked our IP and some stupids are using their services. It is so strange.

Don't know how this is email protection when messages won't even open. Constant request for changing password each and every time and it'll send you that request 5 times in a row.

They block legitimate publisher emails and simply ignore submissions with proof. This is not protecting users, it's simply taking their money and acting without responsibility or due process. We have submitted proof to them four or five times and they do nothing - no reply, no questions, no explanations and no action. Really just cheap money grubbing under the guise of a service.

i had an awful time with proofpoint.....first they false positive labelled my elderly retired sister as a spammer and blocked her email address and refused to accept any appeals or input on their error........then they subsequently deluged me with advertising and promo spam from proofpoint that i couldn't unsubscribe from in spite of ticking their unsubscribe box on many many occasions.....i was finally able to get some relief by blocking their material at my webhost IP email filter blocking panel....................avoid this outfit if you can

False positives even though i contacted support to whitelist I got no reply horrible service

False positives. Blocks legitimate communication.
