ProMuseReviews of promuse.ai

I purchased a one time $19.99 AI certification course. I discovered an unauthorized charge by Promuse of $49.99. This is deceptive practice and did NOT consent to a recurring monthly subscription nor any other purchases besides the initial one-time $19.99 charge. This is a very deceitful company and I would not trust them with my business

ProMuse is a rip-off! I learned of them from Facebook, in which they offered a one-time AI course for $15.99 in June of 2026. I got very busy. So, I really never got a chance to take the course. Somehow, they charged me an additional fee of $39.98 the following month [July]. Upon my investigating their reasoning behind the July charge, they stated [by their admission] that my account was set to "auto-renew," which I had no idea about and which they had already had my account defaulted to "auto-renew" without my knowledge of it. In fact, I was not even aware of such option, as I only purchased a one-time course. I was back and forth with them in email correspondences, and they refuse to refund me the $39.98. ProMuse is NOT integral and as soon as they have access to your credit card, be assure that they will keep charging your account though you may not have purchased any course or product from them, Once you have purchased a one-time course, it's best that either you cancel your card and order another one from your credit card company or use a card that is not a primary card (a temporary card) that you will no longer use in the future. I DO NOT recommend ProMuse to anyone! It is a money-grifting company.

This app is helping me catch up with school work without being overwhelmed. Baby steps is the best way to describe it. The best!

ProMuse AI is incredibly easy to use and delivers surprisingly high-quality results. It saves me a ton of time, and the outputs feel natural and creative. Highly recommend for anyone who wants fast, reliable AI assistance.
