Hi there, Thank you so much to you and your daughter for taking a look at ProMuse! We completely understand your hesitation. As a security officer, it might not feel immediately obvious how AI applies to your daily work—whether that's simplifying incident reports, writing shift logs, or saving time on routine paperwork. We are 100% here to help you get this sorted out. Please reach out to us directly: [email protected] with your account email address. We’d be more than happy to discuss how ProMuse can practically assist your day-to-day tasks, or promptly help you with your account and refund request so you're completely taken care of. Warm regards, The ProMuse Team
