Each time I call for assistance, I get transferred to about 4 different people. In the meantime, people hang up on me or talk rudely. 3 months after class and my students are still not scheduled for a test. The communication is absurd. Also, why have they not implemented an online application/payment system?

I would give them a 0. if there was one, no i do not trust them .Giving them a 1 star is way to much.

Refuse rescheduling without excessive notice, no refunds. Money making scam.

My test was scheduled Feb 12, 2019 and got canceled due to snow. FINALLY there’s a rescheduling for 3-26-19, but no one got any emails or phone calls from prometric, just the school. So 9 is the testing time, supposed to get here before 8:30 to get set up, and we’ve had to wait two hours for the proctor to figure out how to let us test.

I received notification that I may book my exam on 16 January 2019. Since then I have tried daily, on two different browsers to book my appointment. Their site keeps me in a loop, making me redo the same pages again and again because "sessions has expired" or throws me an error page in different stages of the booking. Email responses on my queries have been less than helpful. And the only alternative, of phoning an international number to book, has also proven easier said than done (with 7 failed attempts to date). I have spent hours trying to arrange a booking and the best response from them is that there is no other way...

Very poor customer service after acknowledging the experience was their fault. Would NEVER recommend Prometric to ANYONE!!!

I have worked for this company for over 5 years! I should say, I gave up my life for them! Upper Management is very unprofessional and break confidentiality daily! They ask you to speak to them and bring matters of harrassment to their attention but they are so quick to breach the confidentiality by telling that very same peron in which you are having a problem with every thing you said! Very dangerous and unProfessional! They care NOTHING about good employees, they wonder why their turnover rate is so high, it's due to the lack of appreciation for ALL that you do. Heaven forbid you are sick and need time off! I have seen many people come and go some without a valid reason, it could clearly be a case of they had a situation with someone in the company as well. The opening will state a normal 8hour shift but once hired say goodbye to your life! I have been in the work field since I was 13 years of age and I have NEVER encountered a company like this! Makes me wonder if the CEO Mr. Brannick knows how they treat people or if he even cares! If you ever consider a career hear please, just look elsewhere for your own good! They sincerely don't care about their employees!
