If I could give them 0 or minus star, I would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Terrible, incompetent people. They screwed up my scheduled time and Ispent over 2 1/2 hours on hold hoping to get it properly rescheduled. No one comes to the phone, they put you an endless loop. Had to hang up. So no test, no customer service available by phone, by email it takes over 7 days and yet to get a response from them on other matters. How they are in business, I do not know.

The worst testing experience ever!!
I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up for remote proctoring with Prometric. This was the worst test experience I have ever had, If I could give 0 stars I would. I was supposed to start my test at 9:30am, I logged in 10 minutes early. When the test proctor came on my screen he said that they have a different name on the registration. It is impossible I had my authorization to test and my ID everything matched. I was then sent in circles, to their customer "care" department. First to a chat, then to a phone call. I was on hold for 50 minutes before speaking to a person only to be told that there must be a mistake from the test sponsor. I am very frustrated. I have spent months preparing for this exam and it is not easy to get the time off from work for something like this. If you can avoid Prometric for testing please do so at all costs. Just read the reviews the majority are negative. What a waste of time.

Choose Your Own Adventure
Choose Your Own Adventure
Your adventure begins with deciding who to use for remote proctoring services. If you're an investigative journalist, relish mysteries, or enjoy a good adventure, Prometric is for you! Luckily for me, Prometric was my only option!
I began my journey on the Savanna of Scheduling. No complaints here. Scheduling was relatively easy and the ProProctor application seemed easy enough. Over the next month, I prepared myself for embarkation. Finally, the big day arrived! It was time to begin. I logged into ProProctor, verified my identity, and had the first proctor examine the room. Following this, I was transferred to a second proctor and began my exam.
It was smooth sailing at first; the water was like glass! Then, out of nowhere, storm clouds rolled in. Error messages began to rock the boat, but my proctor assured me that the Sea of Error would soon calm. Unfortunately, the undercurrent was too strong! After 20 minutes, we returned to port and began anew. However, this time the Sea of Error raged with fury and tossed the ProProctor app from side to side. I was advised that we had to turn back and reschedule.
Once we reached the rocky shores of Reschedule, I was advised to contact Prometric and the certifying agency. Prometric seemed like the right trail to take, but I soon discovered the perils that lied ahead. First, I needed the 1-800 compass. But alas, none were to be found on the Prometric website. Eventually, I found a 800 number by scouring the internet. Upon calling, I was greeted by a nice women who directed me to ProProctor Point. Passing through the serenade of hold music, I reached my first guide. I explained the troubles in the Sea of Error and the need to reschedule my voyage. They told me to hold tight and they would be right back. In the meantime, I was entertained by a quartet playing hold music. I was then greeted by a new guide and again, explained my troubles. Again, I was told to wait and listen to the Prometric nocturne.
Success! My guide returned. Tired from my journey, I excitedly awaited his news. Unfortunately, the guide was not able to verify the troubles that had occurred on the Sea of Error. He advised me that the only way I could reach the Isle of Certification was to travel to the land of the certifying agency. So began my descent from ProProctor Point.
Back at the fork, I started down the road to the land of the certifying body. I was pleasantly surprised to reach the steward of this kingdom with ease. They promptly assisted me with booking a new voyage and were heart broken to hear about my troubles. Next week I embark on the voyage to the Isle of Certification again. Wish me luck!

Moved my exam without warning
Moved my exam without providing a reason. Customer service useless in providing a solution. I will be sure to also register my complaint with the CFA Institute as well. Use of this centre calls into question their reputation as well.

This company is a fraud.
This company is fraud. My daughter was passed between two unhelpful, rude people for an hour and a half, and never did get her overdue score. Unbelievable.

I have tried to sit two different exams…
I have tried to sit two different exams on several occasions with this terrible system. There have multiple sound and vision issues that are clearly down to their systems. They have tried to say on every occasion that the fault is at my end but I spend all do doing video calls with clients with no connection problems at all. I am not sure why exam boards continue to use this system for exams. It causes so much stress to have to go through all these problems and keep rebooking exams. If you have an exam booked with this system I would not even bother turning up, it will just be a waste of time.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Downloading their app didn't work which I discovered on my exam day. Cannot reschedule, cannot cancel, cannot get in touch with customer service for "5-7 business days." I will be requesting a refund. Federal law requires I use this site to pass a test to get licensed. Very faulty, this entire thing.

Trash company
Trash company. Very long waits on phone, someone from Pakistan finally answered, could not speak English. Very difficult to schedule a test online.
