TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not use them if you want to get your CNA license. I have tried 3 times with them, each time I got the same proctor who was very rude. I did all of my skills perfectly. I made one correction and she did not let me. She failed me for the smallest reasons and I felt down about it but at this point I can just say I will never use their company again to take my skills test. The lady was so rude and made the experience so horrible. She made me cry because of how rude she was.

Only options to take my test were between 2am-5am for the next 2 weeks, so I signed up for a 5am exam. Woke up at 4:00 am to take it, attempted to get logged on at 4:30 and spent until 5:45 reentering my login information over and over. Their customer support wasn't available that early. So finally got ahold of customer support and they explained that they had "forgot to make my account eligible" which is absolutely ridiculous since they sent me a confirmation number and everything. So over the phone, they scheduled me a new appointment for the next day. The next day I am able to get logged in, but once the proctor tries to start the test it says "appointment not open". The proctor is unhelpful and just says that I can't take the test today and should call customer support. I wait on hold with customer support for 15 minutes, and they finally get to me and say my appointment isn't for another 2 days. I check on confirmation email which states that it is supposed to be today so I tell them that and they say they are fixing it and I should log in again and get a new proctor. I do this, and have the same exact issue. I call customer support again and they gave me the same explanation that my appointment wasn't for a few days, which is incorrect, since I have my confirmation number and I scheduled it over the phone with a representative. So I spend 2 hours on the phone and they still haven't been able to reschedule me, meanwhile I need to pass this test in the next 4 days. I am baffled at the incompetency of this platform and everyone that works there. This company should be shut down. I have never been so frustrated in my life with customer service.

Awful missed my exam because nobody online to verify my details, sat waiting and waiting and waiting... PS It was not my computer i followed every bit of the installation instructions...

Had a test scheduled. The morning of the test, received an email that it was cancelled. After over one hour on hold, was able to reschedule for the following day. The following day, showed up at the testing center and there was a note on the door saying the center was closed for the day. Called to reschedule again for the following Monday. Called the testing center that morning to make sure they were open and was told they were having IT issues so I needed to reschedule yet again. Gave up on this location and rescheduled for a testing center a few hours away. Finally was able to take my test. How do you manage to stay in business?

Worst scheduling provider ever. They rescheduled my CFA Exam one month before the exam date to a different Location in a different country (in Covid times. I already had confirmation for my spot in the original testing location. Now they sent a new one without any reasoning. Support couldn't explain why test center was shut down. Couldn't offer me any rescheduling options. Incompetent people there!

WOW THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was trying to license for life insurance back in February, it is now May and I spend about 40 hours a week on hold and talking to disrespectful operators, representatives, and "supervisors" if that is what they call themselves. No professionalism or help, none of them have any solutions or answers and most normally laugh at me when I ask a question. I told one person after so many hours that I was done and they crushed my dreams of licensing for life insurance and they said good, they laughed and hung up on me after being on hold for 6 hours. wow awful, the government will pull their contract with this company soon enough, this is as bad as it gets.

Absolutely awful from start to finish. I booked my exam then had to reschedule (as allowed) it took 14 days, multiples calls, emails and getting the company I was taking the exam with involved to be able to do this, shocking Day of exam, waiting over 30 minutes for a proctor. When finally connected he gleefully told me I couldn’t take my exam as I had a dog in my room. I’d have to put it outside (in the torrential rain) as “even a goldfish in the room wasn’t allowed”. When I questioned this he then visibly put himself on mute and pretended that I had lost connection. I sorted another space to take my exam so I had no pets in my room, waited for another proctor (over 45 minutes) and eventually was entered into my exam, by this time 1 hour 45 minutes later than I was scheduled to start. All was going fine until my pc 2 hours in restarted and did an update with no warning. Now this wasn’t proproctors fault, however without the delays, my exam would’ve been done and dusted well before this. Also, there’s no way to contact them for support from their website. Only webforms they ignore. Any company using them for their exams should seriously reconsider

ProMetric / ProProctor is awful. I took a day off work to do some final studying. Logged on to take my exam an hour early. Due to endless bugs and glitches, I never got to take my exam and had to reschedule. I used 2 perfectly up to date computers which met all of the specs. At one point I provided full remote access to one of their tech support team members who was completely unable to get the software to function. At one point I made it as far as to get matched with a proctor, but because her audio wasn’t working, she sent me back to tech support for a problem that was on her end. Now I have to go to a testing center, spend more time studying, and waste even more time. ProProctor simply sucks.
