An over all disgraceful experience. I was to sit the bus and truck theory test. I launched the exam exactly as instructed to find out there were no examiners available for me. Tech support is just unavailable. I see it as a waste of the 80 odd euro fee and a days wages Lost as I had to take the day off.

ProProctor at the very basic level is just terrible. The expectation of having a sterile test taking environment (nothing in the room, nothing on the walls, etc..) is just absolute nonsense, especially during this time of COVID where everyone is stuck at home together. Who has the extra room in a house to be completely bare except a pc on a desk? The proctors themselves are terrible, no common sense, just following the flow chart without any thought for themselves if something makes sense or not... don't even get me started on how they talk to you! If you read this, send an email to whatever cert org you are considering to write and tell them to drop these clowns for another provider. It is the best long term solution to dealing with horrible organizations like this one that hold you hostage in being able to take an exam because of their pitiful attitudes.

I took a test in Thessaloniki on 15/4/2021 and till now (3 months later) I haven't received any results..

Tried to contact customer service about rescheduling. Couldn't find their number on their website, so I used their "Contact Us" form. They didn't get back to me at all and my rescheduling fee went up because they didn't have a phone number on their website I could call. 1-800-633-3926 is their number. They said the reason they never got back to me is when I submitted the request online, I gave them the wrong email. I didn't realize it mattered which email you gave them for them to actually get back to you. The lady I was talking to got frustrated with me but she toned it down pretty quickly, so that part is good. The way I ended up getting their phone number was through the company that makes the test I am supposed to take. That company charged me $70 to extend my testing eligibility period, now I'm getting charged $114 because I want to reschedule. The test itself is $646 and I feel very ripped off. The way rescheduling is supposed to work is that you have one price if you're within 30 days of the test, and a higher price if you're within 5 days. I was 9 days away from my test when I contacted them and they wouldn't give me the 30 day rescheduling price. Between my "support" and being on hold, I was on the phone for 43 minutes. I recently sat for an exam at the Gardena Ca location (Sylvan Learning center) and it was truly a nightmare. Once I finally got in to prepare for my exam, the staff continued to talk among themselves loudly right outside the door and throughout the 4 hour exam which had no breaks. I was sat down in the first seat by that door and it was frequently opened and closed throughout my time there which was very distracting. This was not a good environment to or representation of what a testing location should be. I. will never return to this location

I was supposed to give my exams for CFA Level 2 - Sat 29/05 - Uxbridge UB8 1JG but the Testing Centre was closed! I called them and they said that I should call CFA. The guy was super-angry and rude and clearly not helpful. I also sent them an email 18 days ago and I have not received any response from them yet... Really disappointed, I studied for so long and paid for it and all I get is angry responses from both institutes.

DRIVER THEORY TEST IRELAND The worst I have ever taken. I’m so upset after trying to take my drivers theory test for a car. The first time, the examiner couldn’t read my passport because of glare. The second time I tried with a different examiner, their video lagged and they also got cut off from me. I got an error message saying that my internet connection was bad. When this showed up, I ran multiple speed tests and internet connection tests and everything was perfect. The week before hand, I had to get assistance from someone to check if I had installed the software properly as it wasn’t stated that you can’t open until exam day! The assistant checked my computer and said that my computer, internet everything was perfect and told me it wouldn’t work till exam day. The third time I tried on that day, I could barely hear the examiner over all the noise in their video call. She also got cut off from me. I was left with the same error message. At that point it had been an hour of waiting and I tried ringing for support. The call didn’t even go through as if the number didn’t exist. I’m left so panicked and flustered from this and all my study has clearly gone to waste. Either they give me a properly organised exam or they refund my money.

I don’t even want to give it one star!! Horrible website!!! Not user friendly at all! So pissed off that the school is using them! And the 5-7 business days for them to contact you through email is hilarious!!!
