Waste of time and money When I download the app everything seem working fine, today the day of the driving theory test, I try to luch the test for around 10 times before conect properly. After connecting I got stuck in photo ID not able to proceed even the picture was clear, sharp and text legible. My test was at 10:45 is now 12:43 two hours trying everything besides is not phone of costumer service that I can call for help just an email which I doubt they will reply. Is so frustrating, despite for the waste of time and money.

The experience at the King of Prussia location was so horrible it affected my ability to do well in the exam. The staff lacked basic customer service skills and i was treated like i was interrupting them from shopping on their computer. They were rude, harassing and very unhelpful.

Not technical support expert. I can't believe it. They are asking me to buy a Microsoft computer because the guy did not find a solution with my new mac. I used my sister's laptop Mac and it works, the same year as my Mac, but because the technical support did not find the issue solution, his advice was to get a new Microsoft computer. whattttttt???

AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAM Total disaster of a company to deal with. Did an online test - had to do it twice as was told that questions were unanswered even though the audio confirmed the questions were answered. Agent confirmed to submit answers and results came back with all questions marked as unanswered. Several calls and emails with no resolution. Just told that the scores were logged as unanswered. I feel absolutely disgusted with prometric I had online cpc and internet down around country and internet cut out lost €72 and done it again a power cut 2nd time and this week forgot my appointment another 72€ though last one my own fault but think prometric lacking fairness with giving another test and when you ring up staff don’t care and also a big money racket and years ago licenses giving out to anyone without a test now everything so difficult for new drivers and a huge cost in getting on the road there should be a law that prevents these people ripping everyone off I actually feel sick thinking how they can keep your money without the test been given if it was anything else it would be considered fraud I’m sure there are hundreds just like me shame on you prometric you are a disgrace

Really bad experience to connect to online proproctor. Took more than 3 hours to reach out to them.

The worst experience I ever had using the software. Also, they don't have trained people. The instructor had an issue and was not able to hear me (I checked everything before and on my side, it was working just fine). He asked to leave the session and log in again, but the system didn't allow me to log in. When I asked them for a solution, they simply send me a link to pay for a new test. This is ridiculous.
