Absolutely horrific
Absolutely horrific! Would always choose Pearson Vue over these people - rude, ineffective and just plain annoying! Not quite sure why examining boards are still using these people.

Long time to get through to proctor, the proctor then instructed me to sign out to give me “time” to do the necessary work in my environment ( move a few items from a shelf), I later waited for over an hour in the waiting area to connect to a proctor before eventually giving up, it is concerning that this company is recommended for testing in Ireland, they don’t allow you to take the test, but take your money and time. (or at least make it difficult to get through, I would expect that some candidates would get through the process)

I took the online test with Prometric. I was scheduled to start at 1:15. I went through the screening process with one person and just when I was about to launch the exam, I got disconnected and it showed error and I was forced to exit the aplication. I went the second time into the application and I was introduced with a different person and I had to go through the whole screening process again. Okay I did go through it again and this time while I was waiting for a Proctor disconnected me again showing error again 😡 Again for the third time I launch the exam and I was introduced with a third (completely different person), asking me to do screening process and then I raised my concerns to the agent that this is the third time I am on the application and she gave me a link that I can report my issues. I did went on that link and it was a bot (automated message) that was completely useless and gave me an answer :Thank you for using Proctor, I mean what??? I spend 1 hour trying to connect to a completely useless aplication and when I contacted them through e-mail they said there is nothing they can do and they can't refund or re-schedule another appointment. This is a complete rip-off and I wish I had read the reviews earlier. I would have saved myself alot of unnecessary stress and money.

Point 1. The cost. Very expensive should be free. Point 2. Would not download on my small laptop. Point 3 no pets in room ????? Point 4 this is a American / Russian idea it's not the interlect of Ireland. Point 5 why has the Irish lorry driving licence gone so strict it's crazy . Point 6. I'm not pleased .

Dreadful experience with this software and company. Wasted half my day trying to start the exam. Got through the initial screening one but then they said they couldn't hear me anymore. Was told to go to ehelp website which just hung twice and then on the third time was 22 on the queue which after 45 mins at position 8 it just cut me off. Finally got to chat to someone who turn my antivirus off and told me I was good to go. Launched the exam again and sat for an hour waiting for an examiner to screen me who never came. Cant get through to anyone at RSA and cant reschedule...... back to beginning again and fee lost!!

I just did an exam using Prometric this week through ProProctor. This was the second (and last) time I will use their services for testing. I was told part way through my test by my proctor that they were having technical difficulties so I had to log out and back in. So of course, this meant I had to go through the whole screening process again. "Show me the backs of your ears, stand up and turn around so I can see your pockets, show me your nails, etc.". I understand that this is necessary to deter cheating, but when you get kicked out through no fault of your own and are back in within seconds, it's a little ridiculous. Like I installed cameras in the corners of my room in the 30 seconds I was offline. Come on! Also, the screeners don't always ask to see the same things. Out of the few that did my security checks, only one asked to see my fingernails, under the arms of my chair, or my hair tie. Then the system kicked me out AGAIN! I was told the second time that I would need to log out, back in, and ask for tech support. I was directed to log back out and use a link to take me to a tech support site. I asked the screener what was to stop me from logging out and then cheating by looking at my course materials before logging back in. He just smiled and shrugged. So I logged out and went to the link I was told to use. It was a webpage listing how to book an exam and reviewing ProProctor's Covid19 protocols. Completely useless. Yet, once again, logged back in and they had to check my ears, arms, fingers, and pockets again. If you're going to use screening measures like this, then it's useless when you ask a candidate to reconnect with no expectation of a time limit to come back online. I could have reviewed the answers to all of the questions I had seen that far into the exam. At this point, I was angry and (I admit) taking it out on the screeners who were just doing their jobs. I just wanted the experience to be over. I went back into my exam (after screening again no less!) and hoped for the best. A exam that should have taken me 2 hours took 3.5 hours. Ridiculous waste of time. And I'm sure that all this craziness negatively affected my results. Awful service. Not recommended.

Stole my drivers license fee without giving me the test and refusing a refund afterwards.
