There is not a single person to reply to my emails, via my sponsor, Prometric asked for a proof that I didnt have connection issues. I sent them a report from my provider and now they say they are not accepting it and a refund can't be done. That's is ridiculous. I will waste more time and money to sue this horrible Co.

Our exam was messed up, poor management, they had no idea what they were doing, they blamed everyone except themselves

I purchased a practice exam for Nursing Aide, I paused for a few minutes, this practice exam expires within 3 days limit, so I thought, because after logging back it was telling me that I need to pay again??? Their customer service is terrible, they should be replaced!

Worst service ever, I was trying to take my exam today but was not allowed. They made me move locations 5 times, and made me clear everything from those locations just to not allow me to take the test. Never-mind the terrible scheduling times. The latest test I could schedule is at 6:15 am, the other test are literally in the middle of the night. Its a whole mission to try to take a test with this people very stressing, and complicated for no reason

Awful service. Have been trying to book an exam required for my work qualification, and the same error happens every time I get to the last page of booking. Have tried ringing them many times and they keep fobbing me off saying its the exam boards issue when obviously it's the test provider as it's their websites issue.

It's easily the worst exam service you could ever get. I am very disappointed that CSI use this software. Every time we try to take exam, you need to wait 30 mins for a staff to show up, and every time that staff would pick you issue to let you wait another 30 mins. Software disconnect all the time.

Do yourself a favour and don't use this service it is gawd awful Had an exam it was only like 10mins long. Two hours later still waiting on proctor's this service is a literal joke

Nowhere in their site is written or there is no information that ProProctor is not creating a shortcut on your desktop.Its creating a folder but that folder is empty. So there is no way to add shortcut on your desktop. Its OK - I Yandex it I understood that software actually is installed but is not viable and does not create shortcut as other installed software. You can access it via link... I think that ProProctor should inform us, that it software is not like other software. We should not expect to have shortcut on our screen and that we can access it only though link and browser. Internet is full with people who had same issue, but although there is such issue no one from Prometric gave an explanation. Well maybe the software industry is moving in that way and we will not see anymore shortcuts on our desktops...so we HAVE to get used to with it. But you as Prometric be the first and inform us please. Why we should google it - while you could provide that info on your page ( not as FAQ )
