I tried to log in for the exam before the appointment time and it lasted over 2 hours. Finally, the system did not work. Then I received support from your team. I came back and tried log in again but the same error. Please have a look error attached. I tried to call your team but waited on the phone for over haft an hour and I lost £20 credit before reaching your team. Please refund me the fee for the exam so I can take an offline exam. Updated: they rejected my refund for reason: I quit my exam even I spent my whole day try to log in. I could not imagine will this company survive in long term business.

I have never had so many problems with a company as I have with Prometric and i can never get help from their customer service. the website is always wonky, does random things (like i keep getting circled back to the original page whenever i try to reschedule my exam), and often just flat out doesn't work. I once got a hold of someone in customer service and she cursed me out and hung up on me, and i didn't deserve that. they are just absolutely awful. i hope they go out of business soon. i'm sure they will the way they do business. They are rude, inefficient, antiquated, and incapable of providing the services they exist for. i know many other people who think the same. this is all over online forums. it's like baboons are running things over there.

By far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid 300 for the IWBI WELL AP exam and after discovering an error in their confirmation letter it resulted in me needing to reschedule my exam. 3 weeks later still no date, they are uncontactable by phone other than in the US (MORE MONEY) also their customer care teem rep is useless. I really never complain about CS but this is just a joke and money racket.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to schedule and exam and retrieve my confirmation number for over 2 weeks now and have not been able to get in touch with their customer service. Literally as I type this I am on my 2nd hour of nobody picking up the phone in their office. And this isn't my first attempt, I have been trying this DAILY for the past week. It is absolutely absurd! I have emailed them and been told I will hear back shortly and literally haven't even received a response. That was over a week ago! Now they have just stopped responding to my emails. This company needs negative star reviews. Whoever is in charge of their customer service department should be ashamed.

That’s the worse exam software ever 1- proctors don’t know what exam do you have and what are your breaks 2- the software is super slow You type and in few seconds you see what you typed, it slows you down as hell 3- I had a baby bar exam today It’s including 4 essays 1 hour each and 10 mins break and in between after essays 100 multiple choices but we suppose to have 40 mins lunch break between essays and multiple choices They didn’t give me lunch break and they said you skipped it. What they hell I would do that ? Who wanna seat in the 8 hours exam without break ? 4- even their software skipped one of my 10 mins break between essay 3 and 4 then right a way multiple exam for an hour and half like I was literally in the exam for 3.5 hours no rest ( bar exam os not a regular exam ) They stressed me out I wasn’t focused at all I told their proctor that I suppose to have a lunch break and she’s like ok enjoy your lunch while my time was running Omg! That was the worst experience ever Why California bar should use such a software ? I took same exam with Examplify and there was no problem at all. I wish I could give them 0 star

If I could give negative five stars I would. I have been trying to schedule a time sensitive test for 2 weeks. I go into my account to verify and "account does not exist". I go to recreate my account "account already exists". I try to email to get help "we will respond within 3 days" and here I sit 10 days later. I tried calling every..single..number... and the phone rings for 20-30 mins before cutting off. And I'm supposed to have confidence that they'll administer my exam properly when I can't get in touch with anyone for 2+ weeks?

Its no wonder 58% of first time MLO test takers fail. The test has absolutely zero questions pertaining to anything I learned in the classes. Very broad questions with numerous answers that apply. Talks nothing about specifics of loan processes or federal regulators in each loan type, which I studied thoroughly. Waste of money and time.

The English language has over a million words, yet, I cannot string together a sentence expressing how incredibly bad the software, the service and the whole concept of Prometric is. For people who are asked to be tested, please resist and say no. For employers who want to test applicants, you will be missing out on the good people. This company needs to be shut down. What a mess! Their software is unable to deal with standard microphones (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Messenger etc. have no issues... but ProPro-whatever-it's-called can't deal with it. If you have technical issues, they ask you to call their technical service... now here's a joke, I called them and they were closed. After figuring it out myself (normal firewall settings) it took me 10 minutes to get them back on the call. After a very intrusive 'security check' I waste time watching my screen, nothing happening. BTW the 'security checks' are laughable, I can think of 100 ways to cheat, so completely useless. I got disconnected... My fault, they said. Where I never, ever, have connectivity issues... I had to do the whole 'security check' again. But wait, there's more... After I said I had had enough, they threatened me that they were recording and said they would share the information with my 'sponsor'. Good grief... what a mess that company.
