Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I have not even stepped foot in a Prometric testing site, and already I am dreading having to utilize this company's services. I am currently trying to register for a certifcation test but first need to address a logsitical question with Prometric. Calling their customer service number is useless if you want to speak with an actual human. I have sent three emails to their offices via their website and received one response that didn't even address the central topic of my inquiry. Furthermore, their customer service live chat is only available off-hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Today (Sunday), after attempting to utilize this chat service, I found that their website is down. What a frustrating experience this has been so far. I don't feel remotely valued as a customer. I wish there was another way to obtain my certification, but I am unfortunately at the mercy of this company.
