In my entire educational career, I have never once had such an abhorrent testing experience. Further, I have never been asked to inspect my ears, waistline or requested that I effectively renovate my office to "secure" my testing room. Especially since I'm expected to be on camera and my eye/body movements tracked. While I can appreciate the concerns for security and testing integrity, the whole ideology from testing at home should be framed with the notion that we don't live in a testing auditorium.

This utterly garbage service does not provide any consideration for people's real life situation. I disclosed everything to my proctor and that my family is living in ONE room and it is impossible to kick them out at ungodly 5am in the morning in the WINTER for the exam!!! I was almost done with my exams and they stopped me saying I was in breach of their rules even though I told each and every single proctor this is my situation which they accepted! They should have a system where students are dealing with ONE proctor and not with multiple proctor with different interpretation of the rules. Any educational institution that uses their services needs to reconsider this company's service. This can be easily carried out for free by their own staff online!!!! This company does not provide any value and gives educational instutions that uses their service a bad name!!!!

Faulty Scheduling Website makes me fear for test day. I have been unable to schedule my LSAT for January due to issues with the website and ineffective customer service. I anticipate a very bumpy test day based on this experience.

Doesn't even deserve a 1. Everyone has a thick accent and no one cares. It is terrible, awful, disastrous, traumatizing dealing with this company.

Scam. 100% scam. Software issues, online help totally incompetent & completely uninterested, phone line help - opening hours does not match advertised on website & in corresponding emails, help line quality severely poor & unable to converse in basic english. Refused to help stating I shall have to pay again to attempt exam. Avoid any company using this provider.

Twice I have had exams booked and twice I’ve been unable to write due to connectivity/launch concerns. Both times the computers (yes, I had a main and a back up computer) passed the pre checks. Both downloaded the app. Over 3hours for *each* attempt with tech support and no resolution. Chat bot kicked me out several times. Human tech support via provided wrong phone number to “escalate”. Escalation tells me there is nothing they can do and I cannot rebook through them. Unbelievable run around with no answers, technical or otherwise.

Worst company Everytime I can exam I cry. They treat you like criminals. Want to cover a d mover everything from your desk. Something are not possible to move or unplug. I cry. If the local place was near me I would go take the exam there but it's 3 hr away. Hate them with guts. I can hardly understand these people. But they feel like kings and queens cause they got the power over you. I wish no one use them.told me move the bottle cap just HV open bottle cause I might cheat through bottle cap.
