Dana was GREAT!! Dana was patient and walked me through the process . . . TWICE. I'd no more than gotten my account set up when I decided to get a business banking account instead. Dana walked me through the whole process of canceling the one account and getting the new one setup!! I wish ALL customer service was this awesome!!

Dana answered all my questions about switching from a merchant to them. The approval turnaround was within 2 hours, and she was very clear about all the fees I may have in the future. I can't wait until my equipment arrives then I can give an update but for now I am extremely happy with ProMerchant.
