I am the owner of a very small company, me, my computer, work out of my home. I have shied away from using credit card payment for several years. Too complicated! Ewan Sellars at ProMerchant has made it very easy. Wish I had found them sooner.

CASSIE!!! I have to say this experience switching to Pro-Merchant has been really easy breezy! Thanks to Cas, we were able to log in to payments hub and have the readers quick and easy to use. Garden State Irrigation are set with a company for a long period and we know choosing pro-merchant was going to be long term. We are truly grateful we chose Pro-merchant and we couldn't do this without our girl Cassie. Thanks again :)

ProMerchant have been absolutely superb to work with, my account director called Tanner Husak was very professional and knowledgeable to work with and guided me through each step of the process to get my merchant services up and running. Highly recommend this company for your merchant needs!

Tanner was most helpful. He explained the process in clear terms and assisted every step of the way. He has a great personality and is an asset to the company.

I talked with Tanner Husak several times this month while we were evaluating our processor options. Tanner was extremely helpful, never hesitating to answer my (sometimes repetitive and very basic) questions and make me a more knowledgeable processor shopper. Additionally, the rates he offered me were always very competitive. Thanks Tanner!

CJ Logan was absolutely incredible! He followed up every time exactly when he said he would. This is my first time opening any kind of business account and he walked me through every step. I was able to take credit card transactions in no time!!
