Love the colors, the quality, the silkiness, the quantity...love EVERYTHING about these! Cotton rubs against my fragile hairline, but these just glide across it. The variety of colors is a true plus as well.

I purchased a standard size for the pillows on our queen bed. They fit perfect and I love the zipper to keep the pillow inside as that's been an issue for us.

I received my pillowcases damaged. There was a knife slice on exterior packaging that went straight through to both pieces. PayPal had the seller's email so I reached out and got an immediate response. They asked for photos, which I sent and new pillowcases were sent, with a new tracking number. No hassle, very courteous and they arrived faster than the initial ones! I finally got to use my new pillowcases and slept like a baby! FYI, I am suffering from severe hair loss and noticed significantly fewer hairs on my pillow when I wake up! This was the main reason for the purchase. I am very happy, all around. Great purchase and I recommend this seller!

Scam. When I placed the order, it said the duvet cover was in stock and would have expedited shipping of 2-4 days. A week later I emailed to ask where it was and was promised (in poor English grammar) it would ship by the end of the week. That was three weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. I have emailed three times (there’s no phone number that I could find) over those three weeks and not a single response. I am starting a charge back process with my credit card because the only refund option is contacting the same email address that has not responded to my other inquiries.

Zero stars. Tag says 100% polyester.

I had high hopes for the 22 momme sheets I ordered from promeed. The champagne color is nice and the sheets are generously fitted so they don't stretch tight, thus shortening the life of the sheet. I am sad though, because after barely 3 months, the sheets pill badly--something I have never known 100% mulberry silk sheets to do. I also sweat a lot every single time I use them. This has never happened to me with any other of the silk sheets I have ever bought (ranging in quality from 16 to 25 momme). I will not want to spend as much as I did on these sheets again.
