PromdressshopReviews of promdressshop.com

Selection is amazing and return/exchange policy takes away the stress of the "All sales final" policy offered at most boutiques. My daughters dress arrived promptly and it is beautiful.

Ordered two dresses for Daughters prom. Great dresses but returned dresses for a third more decorative dress. The restocking fee was waved. The dresses arrived in great condition. Thanks SM

Bought an excellent dress . It's beautiful as always morilee designs. just a remark, the dress has a slight smell, perhaps from staying in the warehouse for a long time. The seller was helpful to clear query

Love my dress, it’s perfect. Service and shipping was great.

I purchased a dress from the Prom Dress Shop & from another online dress shop (without properly reading their return policy). The dress from the prom dress shop was too large, but I was completely bummed that I could not complete my transaction with them & instead had to use the other dress shop (with TERRIBLE policies & customer service). I only do not have a dress from this shop because I ordered from another one that does not take returns like The Prom Dress shop does. I received excellent help and guidance from this shop. If I ever need a dress again, I am coming here first.

Amazing customer service, helped me get my dress quickly and efficiently.

Ordered a Sherry Hill dress for my daughter’s prom due to having a hard time finding 00 size locally. We were very pleased with the selection. It arrived only after a few days and fits her perfectly. I would definitely use again.

My dress came in faster than it was supposed to, and it fit me perfectly. it was just like the picture and actually even better in person!!
