Made my prom night memorable!❤️

Great experience the dress looked just like the pitcher just beautiful the only issue I had was I ordered the dress one size to big and that's my fault.

I got my dresses early, they were in perfect condition, and they were exactly as pictured!

The customer service was super friendly, the dress is breath taking, and the size was 100% accurate. I'm very pleased with my experience here!

I had to go through four websites to get my dream dress. But this website made it possible, and my dress got here a week early . :)

We were having miserable luck finding the Prom dress she wanted locally. Some of the big prom dress websites didn't have the dress available until after the Prom date. Found promdressshop.com and they had the dress and it would arrive two weeks before the Prom date! It was a perfect fit - just needed to be shortened since her height is only 5'3" We have recommended promdressshop.com to other friends that were still looking. This company actually has an address and a phone number which made me feel better about buying online. THANK YOU for saving my daughter's Senior Prom!

Thank goodness for this store or I wouldn't have the dress I wanted. I tried it on previous to ordering, but wanted it in a different color. The place I tried it on at since they could no longer order it because the warehouse was out of this style. I found it online and ordered it from another store, which said it was in stock on their website. Three days after ordering it, I got an email saying they no longer had this dress and no other place in the country had it either. I was devastated since we had just recently ordered tux the same day that email came. I started emailing every store that popped up and they said the same things, "we no longer carry this dress," "this dress has been discontinued," etc. My dad came across promdressshop and I started chatting with a lady from this store. I told her my situation and want dress I was looking for. She looked in the stock and said it was available in my size and color I wanted!!! It didn't take long for the dress to get here either. After the set ship date, it was here two business days later. It is in perfect condition and I'm so glad this place had my dress! Thank you! :)

We were skeptical about ordering a ball gown online however when the dress arrived we were floored! It is absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank you!
