Costumer support was amazing.
PromDressShop emailed me quickly after ordering my dress, giving me information about their shipping process and accurate shipping details. They also gave me their personal opinion on the best shipping route and were just overall polite and genuine. They kept in touch with me up until my dress was shipped out and had been arrived which was suprisingly quick (3 days for order to be processed, 1 week for it to get here to Canada). I also have to add that compared to other websites, the shipping was approximately $20 cheaper, which was a plus! The Costmer support team also warned me about the tax and duty fees before hand unlike company's have done in the past. The only problem I had is that the detailing on the dress is not exact as the photo, but that would be the manufactures fault, not PromDressShop (I ordered the Tiffany 16157). I'm happy with the dress though, it's still amazingly beautiful. I would highly recommend this website for anyone prom dress shopping online, the company is very professional, caring, and is trustworthy from my experience. *I recommend anyone ordering online to try on prom dresses close to the one that you intend to order at a local store to get an idea of what size you are. I did my measurements and they were slightly off compared to what I wore in store. I did not order a size up by accident (I forgot haha) but the dress fit perfectly on my body (when I say perfectly I mean PERFECTLY). I wish anyone who's ordering online good luck and hopfully have as a great experience as I did!
