The size chart is not accuarte. I measured myself at home with a fabric ruler and my dress ended up fitting too small. And of course my dress was a "no return, all sales final".

We love the dress. It came very promptly as promised. Communication was great. But here within lies the problem ~ the dress was very expensive and when my daughter tried it on, it was too small. We tried in on the store, and was measured by an employee so we believed we were ordering the right size. I called right away the next day and could not get the dress in a different size. It was no longer available. So now I am stuck with a dress that does not fit her and I am going to have to try and figure out a way to salvage the situation. Her prom is in two months, so hopefully that will give me enough time to rebuild this dress into something else. I probably would still refer this website to others for all the other aspects of their service.

The dress I bought my daughter for senior prom came quickly. But the color in the website photo is pink and the tag attached to the dress says pink. That is the main reason she liked it. The actual color is peach. With no time to exchange it for another, she is keeping the dress. It was very disappointing.

The selection is very impressive, which is why we chose to shop at Promshop. Dress arrived quickly--another plus, it was in great condition--another plus, but the sizing was off, as was the color. Expected a more pastel mint green and it was a bright spring green. My daughter's measurements fit into the size chart with some room to spare,(she is tiny)but the dress would not zip. No return label provided, and must use UPS--which is difficult to get correct postage from UPS out here in a rural setting. Only one UPS depot for several counties and limited hours. Returns must go back quickly--which was also difficult to meet deadline due to the UPS situation. On another plus side--the people at Promshop were easy to deal with and were available to accept calls in person. If there could be another acceptable return carrier, the experience would have been above average most definitely. Hopefully, getting the refund posted to my card will not be an issue, I am assuming it will not be.

I ordered my dress size according to the size chart that is on the website, when I got it I tried it on and it's about two sizes too small.

My daughter found this dress at a local dress shop for prom and fell in love with it. They only had it in one size (8) which she tried on. It fit but was a little snug and we needed more length so the lady suggested we go up a size. She tried to order it for us but she couldn't get it from her vendors. I found this website online, found the dress, and ordered it in two sizes bigger (12). Thinking if its to big, we can have it taken up. Needless to say when we received the dress it looked smaller than the one she tried on it the store. It was very short and didn't fit any different than the smaller one she tried on in the store. I called the store and was told I could not exchange or return it because it was on sale (20% off) which I didn't even realize when I bought it. I got it because it was the one we were looking for. The dress still cost $279 on sale. I understand maybe not returning it with a refund but exchanging it for something else would be better customer service to me instead of losing a new customer. So now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and I still have to buy a prom dress for my daughter.

I ordered a dress before and it came with a dress bag and the dress was wrapped nice and neat. This current package seemed like it was just thrown in a box and put on a truck.

The dress is very pretty with average craftmanship. Unfortunately, it did not fit perfectly and it has no-return policy, which means we will not be buying from this site again. We would have exchanged it for a bigger size. We had to go get it altered and they found poor seams sewn in making the sides bunch up in an unsightly manner at the hips.
