I'm upset with this company on behalf of loyal friends who went out of their way to ensure that my daughter had a dress to go to the prom after two monstrosity dresses that I ordered off line! I gave them three stars only because they attempted to fix my order but I would have to wait until another dress came in stock and then wait five more days for the dress to be delivered. For the amount of money that was spent on this dress, I expected top quality and a well put together dress,only to get a dress that was torn in the back of the top and the beading missing on the right pocket. To ensure that my daughter was able to go to the prom we decided to keep the dress and take it to an alteration that has cost us even more money. I feel that promdressshop should reimburse my friend for half of her money for a dress that was sent damaged and damage that wasn't caused by delivery. This dress or any other damaged dresses shouldn't be sold to any customer who is paying their hard earned money for a lack luster or crappy raggedy dress! Lakeica Hathaway deserves most of her money back! Thank you Lakecia and Tina for your kindness!!

When I recieved my dress the underlayer of my dress (under the lace) most of it was gold , at the top, the neck strap and straps in the back were bright white, it didnt make since and looked weird. After emailing to support they admitted it was a mistake and they just sent pictures of other dresses for me to choose from

The dress was beautiful but was shipped in a thin plastic bag inside a box. I was expecting a thick wardrobe bag to protect the dress. I was disappointed that dress showed a purple jacket online and I only got 2 sheer shoulder cover ups especially when I paid over $300.

My daughter tried the same size 4 jersey gown at 2 different shops. It fit perfectly. She found it here and ordered a size 4. It was huge. Alterations would have run over $100, on top of the $500 paid for the gown. Decided to send it back and discovered the 15% restocking fee. Yes, we should have gone through all policies beforehand but we were ordering a gown in a size that fit perfectly. So, we paid over $75 (with the return shipping cost) for her to try on a gown. It's an awfully high fee for this company to turn around and resell the dress to someone else. Lesson learned. Won't shop here again. Especially when sizing was so different from the stores.

I bought a yellow dress with strapless sweetheart neckline, and it was embroidered, which is what I wanted. The embroidery comes off very quickly, and doesn't look of a high quality. You are better off buying clothes from Amazon.

Dresses were authentic. One arrived in wrong size. Had to have altered due to time constraints. One had at least two tears. Somewhat disappointed in a 600 dollar dress. Shipping was fast since I paid eXtra

Recently tried to purchase a Homecoming dress for my daughter. Bought one from Mori Lee that looked great online. When it came, the sizing was weird--way too big. Called the customer service line and was told that dress did tend to run large. It would have been nice to see some info about that on the website. Had a different Mori Lee sent, and that one was extraordinarily small. Called, and was told that yes, that particular dress ran really small. Would have appreciated that info during the phone call when I was initially ordering. With shipping and restocking I'm out close to $100 for nothing. Will not be doing that again. Even with sizing charts, which are not necessarily accurate, there really isn't enough info for a good shopping experience. And, that's after 2 phone calls also.

The dress arrived as pictured on the web site however it's apparent that it is not made very well. Sequins keep falling off without even touching it. The dress is made to size but it is too large in the chest area, it will need to be tailored. The straps that came with the dress to adjust it from strapless are very poorly made and hardly hold the dress up.
