The dress arrived earlier than expected and was in great shape when we opened the box. Your sizing system is very accurate...all we need to do is hem the dress.

Even though, I could not keep my purchase and had to return it. I am pleased to say this company has gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I would recommend them. I ordered a dress for my daughter, however when the dress came it had grease marks on it due to the sewing machine. I called the company and the next day the sent me an email. They company gave the option to return the dress with a full refund, try to use baby powder to get the grease out with a discount or I could return the dress to have them get it put and then the would send it back to me. I told them I wanted a full refund. Once I had UPS pick up the package they send me an email stating the I was refunded in full. I was very happy and satisfied with my outcome. Everyone was very nice and was genuinely concerned about my issue

The dress we purchased (Rachel Allen 7554) was beautiful. It was as described, but my daughter has a long torso so the shorts made it hard for her to sit down in. We sent back dress to get a larger size so the dress would be longer in the shorts part. A little better, but still going to have to take out the shorts or have alterations to them. The company was very good about the exchange and getting the dress that I reordered here in a timely manner. I got it faster than anticipated both times. The operator on the phone I reordered the dress with was very helpful and courteous. I also received an email letting me know they had received the dress back and my account would be credited the full amount $318.00. I did lose the money for the taxes and the 3 day shipping, but this was clearly spelled out in the return policy. I would buy a dress from them in the future. Excellent service delivery time.
